Brown to Senators
After playing 93 games for the Panters, Josh Brown signs a two-year ($2.4 Million) contract with Ottawa Senators.

The 26-year-old defenseman could have been a restricted free agent Oct. 9. He was traded to the Senators by the Florida Panthers for a fourth-round pick (No. 95) in the 2020 NHL Draft on Oct. 2. Brown scored eight points (three goals, five assists) and averaged 13:25 of ice time in 56 regular-season games for the Panthers this season. He did not have a point in two postseason games.
