Dan, originally from Edmonton, Alberta, spent his formative years in the heart of Western Canada before relocating to Ontario in his mid-twenties. With a rich background in scouting, development, and hockey business, Dan brings invaluable expertise to Driven Sports Group, where he will play a key role in spearheading the company's Western office. Having played hockey at the highest youth levels and Junior hockey out west, Dan transitioned into coaching, leaving a lasting impact in the Alberta Junior leagues before continuing his coaching journey in Ontario. His coaching endeavors extended to operating top prospect spring teams for youth, guiding numerous young prospects to top tournaments in Europe and securing several championships along the way.

In addition to coaching, Dan undertook leadership roles in Western Ontario, running and recruiting for a hockey school program while coaching both Jr B and Jr A levels of hockey in Ontario. His commitment to player development and management is unwavering, demonstrated by his extensive experience and dedication to nurturing talent. Now back in Western Canada to be closer to family, Dan's expertise and passion for hockey make him a valuable addition to the Driven team, where he will play a pivotal role in recruiting, player management, and player development in Western Canada.
