The Barrie Colts have signed Parker Vaughan, the 2024 fifth overall pick, to an OHL Scholarship and Education Agreement. Vaughan, the ALLIANCE Hockey Player of the Year, tallied 49 points in 30 games for the Elgin-Middlesex Canucks U16 and nine points in five games for the St. Thomas Stars in the GOJHL.

The Henderson Silver Knights have signed forward Daniel D'Amato to a one-year AHL contract for the 2023-24 season.
